最近一段時間,多個重點城市的土地市場逐漸升溫,多宗宅地接連出讓。

6月24日,據北京規自委消息,建發+金茂聯合體以20.8億元底價摘得豐臺區城鄉一體化槐房村和新宮村舊村改造項目NY-030(南區)-02地塊,樓面價折合每平方米40170元。

同日,杭州迎來3宗住宅用地出讓。根據成交結果,3宗地塊均以底價成交,成交金額共計11.67億元。根據中指研究院監測數據顯示,截至目前杭州土拍已成交60宗宅地,成交金額997.97億元。

根據公開信息,今年上半年廣州最后一場宅地出讓將在6月30日開啟。當天,包括天河區、海珠區、荔灣區、白云區共四宗中心區宅地將集中出讓,掛牌總價約77億元。整個6月,廣州共計劃出讓宅地10宗,掛牌總價超115億元,不少地塊容積率較低,具備打造低密度高品質“好房子”的特質。
